Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 2026
This site is the official Shadowrocket website and manual. This policy explains how data is handled when you visit shadow2go.com, including its pages and interactive features. For data handling within the app and purchases through Apple, consult the relevant information separately; this policy does not cover them.
1. Scope and information you provide
This site provides static pages with guidance on verifying the genuine app, configuration steps, and troubleshooting. It has no registration, sign-in, or email collection forms. You can read the manual without providing your name, phone number, payment details, or Apple Account credentials.
This site does not provide node services or offer, sell, or recommend nodes, subscriptions, or service providers. Configuration guides assume you already have your own subscription or server details; the one-time app purchase is separate from any connectivity plan. Reading this manual does not automatically send configuration files, subscription URLs, or connection logs from the app to this site.
Do not enter passwords, full subscription URLs, QR codes, or access tokens in this site's query parameters in your browser's address bar. These details are unrelated to reading the documentation and may be included in access logs.
2. Access logs and analytics
This site uses analytics to understand page views, site navigation, and clicks on App Store links. Analytics help identify broken links, improve the order of instructions, and assess the mobile reading experience. They are not used to read network traffic or configuration data within the app.
Page requests and analytics may involve technical information such as visit time, page path, referring page, browser type, device category, and network address. The hosting provider may also keep necessary logs to handle requests, diagnose errors, and prevent unusual activity. These technical records are distinct from records of websites you visit through the app.
Data use is limited to site maintenance and analytics, and retention follows the period needed for those purposes. This policy does not promise a single retention period that has not been verified. Aggregate analytics are used to observe overall trends, not to publicly identify individual visitors.
3. Cookies and local storage
Static pages do not necessarily mean that your browser handles no stored data. Depending on the analytics configuration, cookies or similar identifiers may be used to distinguish sessions and repeat visits. Check the page's current behavior and your browser's settings for details of what is stored.
Interactive features such as expanding menus and switching between sections do not require an account. Some pages use a section marker in the URL to preserve your reading position. Unlike cookies, these URL markers should not include personal information.
You can view, restrict, or clear this site's cookies and local storage in your browser's site data settings. Clearing them may reset existing identifiers or preferences and affect analytics. Server logs already created are not automatically deleted when you clear browser data.
4. App Store links
Shadowrocket is available only on Apple platforms, and the App Store is the only place to get it: App Store product page. Apple operates that product page and its purchase services. Once you leave this site, account sign-in, payment, purchased items, and refunds are governed by Apple's applicable terms and privacy policy.
This site does not collect payment card details, and click analytics cannot confirm whether a purchase was completed. Before purchasing, check the genuine app verification guide for the developer, Shadow Launch Technology Limited, the official icon, and app ID 932747118. See the App Store page for pricing, compatibility, and system requirements.
5. Policy updates and handling issues
If changes to analytics, storage, or page features affect this policy, this page will be revised and the month at the top updated. Review it again for the latest information about data handling. Any new purposes for collecting data will be clearly described in the relevant section.
This page does not provide a way to submit personal information. For help with site issues, first consult the user guide or Troubleshooting. When describing an issue, include only the error details needed to investigate it, and do not share credentials or private configuration. For Apple Account or purchase history issues, use the relevant option in the App Store.
