Terms of Use
Last updated: October 2026
This site is the Shadowrocket official website and official manual. These terms apply to access to shadow2go.com, reading the guides, and using site features. Read these terms before following the instructions. If you do not accept them, stop using the site content. These terms do not replace the App Store terms of sale or the license agreement applicable to the app.
1. Scope and Service Boundaries
This site provides guidance on verifying genuine purchases, configuring the app, understanding rules, and troubleshooting. Shadowrocket is a paid commercial app available on Apple platforms, primarily for iPhone and iPad. The App Store is the only place to get it. Check the App Store listing for system requirements, device compatibility, and purchase availability. Before purchasing, read the App Store Purchase Verification Guide.
A one-time app purchase is not a subscription to network services. The app price does not include server or network service fees. This site does not provide, sell, or recommend any nodes or subscription services, and does not manage users’ servers. Import instructions in the guide assume that users already have their own subscription or server details.
2. Lawful Use and User Responsibilities
Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and those applicable to their actual use. Do not use this site or Shadowrocket for unlawful purposes. Before use, confirm that you are authorized to access the networks, servers, and resources you connect to. Follow network policies and service agreements, and do not infringe anyone’s privacy, intellectual property, or other legal rights.
Verify the source of your configuration and keep subscription URLs, account credentials, and configuration files secure. Before describing an issue to others, remove passwords, access tokens, and personally identifying information. Example rules explain syntax and may not suit every network. Save your current settings before making changes, then verify the results of each change.
3. Information and Liability
The guide covers common workflows. App screens, system permission prompts, and App Store information may change, so check the current on-screen details as you follow the instructions. Not every guide applies to every device, network, or configuration. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the app, servers, or network connections.
The app is sold through the App Store. Payments, orders, refunds, and purchased items must be handled through the processes provided by the store. This guide does not guarantee transaction outcomes, connection speeds, or service quality, and does not change the rights or obligations between users and relevant service providers.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this site is not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or related indirect losses resulting from configuration errors, network outages, device failures, changes to external services, or failure to make backups. Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or restricts consumers’ legal rights.
4. Trademarks and Intellectual Property
The Shadowrocket trademark, app, and related intellectual property belong to its developer, Shadow Launch Technology Limited, or the relevant rights holders. The official icon and app screenshots shown on this site are used to identify the product and explain how to use it. Accessing this site or purchasing the app does not grant rights to copy, distribute, or sublicense the trademark, images, or app.
When quoting text from the guide, credit the source and retain enough context to avoid distorting its meaning or implying official endorsement. Permission from the relevant rights holder is required before copying, adapting, or distributing content beyond what is allowed by law.
5. Changes to These Terms and Support
These terms may be revised to reflect legal requirements or changes to the site’s content or features. Revisions will be posted on this page, and the month at the top of the page will be updated. Important changes to the terms of use will be noted on relevant pages. Revised terms take effect when published, unless otherwise required by law. You may save a copy of this page for future reference.
For help with using the app, first consult the User Guide or Troubleshooting, and check the relevant steps on the page. Contact the App Store through its available channels about transactions. For services tied to an existing server or subscription, check with the original provider. See the Privacy Policy for information about how personal data is handled.
